Having your residence card expiry date ready helps the first call.
Consultation and eligibility review
We meet at our Chuo-ku, Kumamoto office or online, then explain likely outcomes and the most suitable procedure under immigration law.
Please bring your residence card and passport if you visit in person.
Written estimate and engagement
We issue an estimate covering professional fees and disbursements (immigration stamps, certificates). Work starts only after you agree.
We do not add unexplained charges.
Document gathering and drafting
You receive a tailored checklist. We draft statements of reason and review company documents. Translation support is available where needed.
Employer-side papers are reviewed as well.
Filing with Immigration
A certified specialist files on your behalf. You do not need to appear at the immigration counter.
We keep the receipt of filing and monitor the case.
Follow-up and result
We handle requests for extra documents. After permission, we deliver the new residence card or Certificate of Eligibility.

QCan I have a consultation in English?
Yes, English communication is available. We can guide you through the requirements and legal processes in English or simplified Japanese to make sure you fully understand every step.
Procedures & Timeline
QHow long does it typically take to get a decision from immigration?
The processing time depends on the visa category and Immigration Bureau’s current workload. As a general guide: Visa renewals and changes take approximately 2 weeks to 2 months; Certificates of Eligibility (COE) take 1 to 3 months; Permanent Residence applications take 6 to 12 months; and Naturalization takes about 1 to 1.5 years. We recommend starting preparations well in advance.
QCan I re-apply if my visa application was rejected before?
In many cases, yes. The crucial first step is to visit the Immigration Bureau with a specialist to find out the exact legal reasons for the denial. By thoroughly analyzing the reasons, correcting deficiencies, and submitting supplemental evidence, there is a strong possibility of obtaining approval on re-application.
