Frequently Asked Questions

QWhen can I apply for a visa extension?
Generally, you can apply for an extension up to 3 months prior to the expiration date of your current visa. We recommend starting preparations 2 to 3 months in advance to avoid last-minute complications.
QWill changing my job affect my visa renewal?
If your new job falls within the scope of your current visa category and your salary and employer meet legal criteria, your renewal will normally be approved. However, because new employer documents will be reviewed, obtaining a Certificate of Authorized Employment in advance is highly recommended.
QWhat if Immigration asks for additional documents during the screening?
When you work with us, our office will directly analyze the inquiry notice from Immigration and promptly prepare accurate, legally sound response letters and supporting documents.
