STARTUP SUPPORT / SUBSIDY APPLICATIONS

We support articles of incorporation and notarisation, mapping permits at launch, and drafting subsidy applications such as sustainability grants. Company registration is a judicial scrivener; tax filings a tax accountant; many employment grants a labour attorney. We do not guarantee approval or financing. Foreign founders should confirm residence status first.

People planning a sole proprietorship or a kabushiki / godo company in Kumamoto

Founders who need a permit roadmap at launch (for example a restaurant)

Application Process

01

Scope of the business

We ask about the trade, personal vs company form, permits, and whether a public call applies, then separate what an administrative scrivener can do.

02

Other professions

Commercial registration is a judicial scrivener. Tax filings are a tax accountant. Many MHLW employment grants are reserved for labour and social security attorneys.

03

Drafting

We prepare articles and subsidy papers. Grant rules change by year; we follow the latest guidelines.

04

Notarisation and filing support

We support notarisation and permit or grant filings. The registry application itself is filed by a judicial scrivener.

05

Next steps

If a permit or visa follows, we connect those procedures. We do not guarantee a grant or a loan.

Frequently Asked Questions

QCan you handle company formation end to end?
We can draft and notarise articles of incorporation. Filing at the Legal Affairs Bureau is reserved for judicial scriveners. We will either introduce a counterpart or ask you to instruct one yourself. Whether we have a standing counterpart is to be confirmed.
QDo you guarantee subsidy approval?
No. Calls are scored and budget-limited. We draft papers. We do not describe the office as a certified management innovation support organisation; that status is unconfirmed.
QCan you file employment-related grants?
Many Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare grants must be filed by a labour and social security attorney. We do not take those. They are separate from METI-style subsidy drafting.
